She literally starts to bark and wag her tail a mile before we even get there in the mornings. Robin and the rest of the staff feel like family and Stella loves them. We have also boarded with Bark Avenue and to Stella it is simply a second home. We no longer feel bad about leaving her when we go out of town. The staff is great. The facility is extremely clean and I was impressed by the size of their runs-there was plenty of room for Samson and a pet cot. I called several times to check on him and they were did not mind at all and when I picked Samson up he was relaxed and not at all stressed by my leaving him.
