The virtual PBX phone system from AccessDirect rocks! The superior quality of the auto attendant, the recorded greeting which has created a wonderful impression on our callers, the easy to remember and convenient toll-free number which has increased customer calls to our office, and the prompt technical support are commendable. I am also all-praise for the fax to email service with which I can now check emails at home, when I’m in my car, or at work. I was surprised to know that I didn’t require a fax machine to avail of this service.
