At Banter we work creatively across all sectors, using graphic facilitation and graphic recording, with children and young people, whole communities, organisations and staff teams. Whatever we do, we make sure that the service we deliver is made to measure, to meet the needs of our clients.

We are committed to making sure, that through our work, all communities and individuals are given opportunities to have real influence in shaping futures, improving services and making change.

Graphic facilitation and graphic recording uses hand drawn creative and colourful pictures and words that provide clear, visual messages and identifies common themes and goals that enrich and channel communication more effectively in meetings, conferences and events for example and all captured in real time. Graphic recording has huge impact that leaves a lasting legacy as well as acting as a powerful engagement tool.

We use graphic facilitation in our work that promotes engagement of both organisations and individuals, in planning, visioning, consultation, training, conferences, focus groups and reviews.

We have provided support for clients which ranges from young people’s groups and local authorities to large international organisations, management consultancies, media and pharmaceutical industries.
