If it is your first time contracting, they will set up your company to maximise your take home pay per month - this could save the average contractor several thousand pounds. They will then complete the following: Annual company full and abbreviated accounts. Annual company return. Corporation tax computations and return. Your personal tax return. Payroll returns Dividend administration.
