My name is Chris Whiteley and I am an Executive Coach. As an ex Finance Director in Siemens plc I can appreciate the current dilemma of developing your leaders and balancing it with your budget. It is possible that your business is eligible for the partial funding of the services we offer.

We achieve this through a one to one coaching intervention that delivers enhanced awareness of the individual and the environment, followed by a focus on development connected with business targets. We are passionate about the development of the individual for the benefit of the organisation.
