I have over 30 years of experience working in Administration. During those years I have worked in Legal, Insurance and Real Estate. I also worked 12 years with the NZ and Australian Police, and 10 years in the IT Industry both as an Administrator and then retrained to be a Systems Support Specialist. My knowledge in the Administration area is vast and I pride myself on my accuracy, presentation and completion of all jobs I undertake.

I type at a rate of 90 wpm and have excellent proofreading, grammar, and spelling skills.

My skills are expert at Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I currently use the Windows Vista operating system and have a high speed Internet connection which ensures no problems downloading digital dictation files.
