What Admiral Systems aim to provide is firstly a free no cost analysis of the issue to see what needs to be done. Once the analysis has been completed a discussion will be done with you as a the customer to advise of what work needs to be taken and the costs and then you as a customer agree or disagree to proceed with the work to be carried out. At Admiral Systems we do not charge on a per hour basis but we charge mainly for the amount of work that needs to be undertaken this way it makes you a happy customer and it also helps maintains a low cost and a healthy customer relations. We as a company understand that it can be frustrating when a fault occurs and that you have to call a pc engineer to help resolve the fault and we also understand that it can be frustrating when you get charged a huge amount to have that fault resolved, but we also understand that it can be frustrating if it is not explained what had caused the issue and what was done to resolve it.
