I find John Ayres-Smith (main tutor & technician) very helpful especially on computer lessons and going through things stage by stage. when I started I was a complete beginner but John has taken me right through to being able to use most forms of information technology with confidence in my own right.
His stechnical expertise has proved a life-saver - also very helpful with trouble-shooting computer problems.
