Our building and property maintenance business was set up, originally to provide a real alternative for the domestic and commercial client to trades people who make appointments but don’t show up to even assess the job, never mind attend it; never return a quotation if they do show up; or worse still, go ahead with the work and provide a poor service and standard of workmanship.

Our philosophy, and the reason we have retained our client base , with more referred to us every day, is ‘Quality , Honesty and Reliability’. We aim to provide a personal, yet professional service for a reasonable price.

Our team of multi-skilled engineers’ skill and commitment mean that we are able to provide any property owner/manager with a complete all round ‘one stop shop’ for all your building maintenance needs. We have established good relationships with other reputable complimentary companies so if we can’t fix it we usually know someone who can! We now have a number of reputable national and local letting agents and landlords on our books as well as our domestic client base, with 85% of new business coming from referrals alone.
