Our aim is to Reduce Costs for Employers & Recruiters in the recruitment process and Increase Choice for Jobseekers.

CateringTalent.com was set up as we became frustrated with the lack of choice for places to advertise for talent, the monopoly enjoyed by the big names in the industry and the lack of choice for places to look for new career opportunities and because we were angered by the outrageous and extortionate fees charged to recruiters (be they employers or agencies) to advertise and search for talent.
