Best studio on Kauai

If you have been practicing yoga for any length of time you know when you have found a great yoga studio. Last week I had the opportunity to take a Bikram yoga class at The Yoga House in Kauai.

The Yoga House is very comfortable and organic. Beautiful woodwork and a hand painted mandala make it so inviting as well as the talented sister/teacher duo that own and operate Bikram Yoga Kapaa.

Bikram yoga is a beginning yoga class practiced in a heated room for 90 min. Challenging? Yes. But the friendly teachers are careful to give attention to every student. Oh, and make sure you get there early becauses classes are popular!
