Payments

We bill you weekly for the previous week’s services. Our web-based software system allows caregivers to clock in via your home phone. This enables billing to be accurate up to the minute, unlike the billing systems of other agencies that use time cards or the caregiver’s word. For your convenience, our detailed invoices can be mailed to the client, their family, a financial advisor, or an insurance company. We accept checks and credit cards, as well as long-term care insurance.
