Aviv Centers for Living has been setting the standard for senior care on the North Shore since 1945. Until recently, however, the services we provide have been known by many names: The Jewish Rehabilitation Centers for Living, Woodbridge Assisted Living, JRCL Home Care LLC, The Legacy at Woodbridge and The Shapiro-Rudolph Adult Day Center.

Although we touch the lives of over 400 seniors daily, many may not be aware of how each service is part of a single continuum of care. To make it easier for everyone to better understand the breadth of our services, we have adopted a new name: Aviv Centers for Living.

Short term rehabilitation enables your loved one to transition from illness or injury to the highest possible level of independence. Long term care offers a range of amenities and social activity, as well as continuous medical supervision and personal growth options.
