Rightmove is costly for an individual to advertise within, however, Rightmove DO NOT allow individuals to advertise. They are set up solely for agents to advertise within and optimised on the Internet for clients looking for properties.

The traditional estate fees are an average of 2% so on a standard property worth £300,000 there's a fee you have to pay of £6,000 plus vat of £ 1,050 making a grand total of £7,050.

As an online agent, we will advertise your property on Rightmove for an amazingly low price of £100 pcm. We will help you will pricing your property to get the correct price, qualify all potential clients and provide you with monthly performance reports as to the number of viewings your property receives. Additional we can offer advice and services once you have a buyer at nominal costs.
