We are not buying or selling, but wanted a list of needed and recommended maintenance on our 1955 home. Andy did an exceptionally detailed inspection and is an articulate communicator, giving us many details not contained in a standard report. (I would strongly recommend that a person be present for his inspection, as you will receive a wealth of useful information from a very professional and likable person.)
